You MUST enter your information as it exists on your USSBA membership form otherwise there will be a delay in your forum activation.

Activation usually occurs within 72hrs. You will be notified via email. Please note there are is no "auto-correction" software running

as you enter you information on this form, so if you make a typing error it could delay your activation.

Please use proper upper and lower case typing. ALL items are required to activate your forum access.
